Important:As this is a WSQ-accredited programme, ISCA is required to upload participant’s assessment results to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) for the generation of electronic Statement of Attainment (SOA). ISCA will collect personal information from all participants to generate the relevant SOA.For more information, please refer to SSG website HERE. Programme ObjectiveParticipants will learn to evaluate financial results to assess an organization’s performance, develop strategic recommendations for management decision making and present recommendations and implications to relevant stakeholders.

Programme ObjectiveParticipants will learn to evaluate financial results to assess an organization’s performance, develop strategic recommendations for management decision making and present recommendations and implications to relevant stakeholders.
The following topics will be covered in the 2-day course:1. Evaluate financial results to enable relevant stakeholders to understand the financial performance of organisation.Considerations in evaluating organisation’s past financial performance and explaining how organisational strategies are reflected in past financial performanceApplications of financial ratio analysisConsiderations in evaluating investment returnsOrganisational policies and procedures used in evaluating expenditures and investments 2. Develop recommendations for relevant stakeholders with regards to strategic decision making.Initiate Process to develop basic projection of organisation’s future net income and cash flowAssess Projection and trends of cash flow and profitability patterns to identify current present financial position and expected returns from investments and planned operationsIdentify Types of financing options and range of possible assets and liabilities to optimise the capital mix required to support operations and trading needsConsiderations in analysing debt to equity targets in terms of within organisation’s expected performance and establishment of targets in line with while conforming to organisational objectives using standard accounting techniquesIdentify and assess data for use in justifying forecasts 3. Present recommendations and implications to relevant stakeholders for review in relation to organisational strategies.Strengths and weaknesses in organisational performance relative to relevant leading practices. For course run start date before 1 Nov 2020, Enterprises/employers are to submit training grant application in SCN until 30 Nov 2020.
For course run start date on or after 1 Nov 2020, Enterprises/employers are NOT required to log into TPGateway/SCN to submit training grant.
Remarks
• Step 2: After receiving email that the programme status is confirmed, please proceed to submit the Training Grant application via SkillsConnect Portal (https://www.skillsconnect.gov.sg/).
Employers of company-sponsored participants must submit training grant via SkillsConnect to obtain training grant for course fees. You may submit the Training Grant application within the period from 30 days before the course start date to 30 days after course start date.
The employee’s enrolment, attendance and assessment recordswill be submitted by ISCA onto TPGateway.
Thereafter, employers will be notified to log into Enterprise Portal for Jobs & Skills (EPJS) to declare necessary information for Absentee Payroll funding.

All Singaporeans aged 25 and above will receive an opening credit of S$500 from the government. You may wish to use your SFC to pay for partial/full ISCA course fees.
On 1 Oct 2020, the Government provided a one-off SkillsFuture Credit Top-up of $500 for all eligible Singaporeans aged 25 or above by 31 Dec 2020. Singaporeans aged 40 to 60 by 31 Dec 2020 will also receive an Additional SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career Support) of $500 which can be used for courses under: (i) SGUnited Skills Programme, (ii) SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways Programme – Company Training, and (iii) Career Transition Programmes. This additional SFC (Mid-Career Support) is NOT applicable for use on ISCA courses. (For more information on the SFC scheme, please visit http://www.skillsfuture.sg/credit)
